We have been incredibly fortunate to have Kayla in our lives since 2018, when she became our full-time nanny while our son was still a toddler. From the very beginning, she was extraordinary: loving, dependable, intuitive, hardworking, and one of the most honest and trustworthy people I have ever met.

As our son grew older and we no longer needed a full-time nanny, we knew we didn’t want to lose her. She transitioned into helping us manage our household, and it quickly became clear that this work is a genuine gift of hers. She now helps us with meal preparation, laundry, grocery inventory, returns, organizing, errands, preparing for guests, occasional transportation for our son, and countless other things that keep our home and lives running smoothly.

What makes Kayla so exceptional is that she doesn’t simply complete a list of tasks. She pays attention, anticipates what might be needed, notices opportunities to make things easier, and approaches problems thoughtfully. At the same time, she is wonderful at following specific directions when something needs to be done a particular way. She works quickly and efficiently, takes tremendous pride in doing things well, and will always collaborate with you to find a solution.

Just as importantly, she is an absolutely wonderful person. She has a heart of gold, a fantastic personality, a great sense of humor, and a natural warmth that makes her a joy to be around.

After discovering how much she loved this work, Kayla decided to build her own household-management business. I have introduced her to a couple other families, and they regularly tell me how grateful they are that I connected them with her. I’m not surprised. She genuinely loves making people’s lives easier, and she is remarkably good at it.

I cannot recommend Kayla highly enough. Whether you need help with household management, meal preparation, errands, organization, laundry, hosting, occasional childcare logistics, or simply keeping all the moving pieces of family life under control, she is phenomenal. I can’t say enough good thanks about Kayla! She keeps our home running smoothly and has taken such a load off of us so we can enjoy our time off work with our kids.
